15-Gallon Aquarium Kit Giveaway – Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Participants may enter the giveaway by signing up via email. To enter, submit your full name, email address, and phone number using the official giveaway signup form. All entries must be received by the giveaway deadline to be eligible. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of [Your Business Name], its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

4. ENTRY METHODS

To enter, participants must submit their full name, email address, and phone number through the official giveaway signup form. Each individual is limited to one (1) entry. Multiple entries from the same person, whether through duplicate email addresses or other means, will be disqualified. Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

All equipment is shipped inside the aquarium in individual packaging with manuals. Kits are double-boxed to ensure safe delivery.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $350.00 Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about 7/31/2025. Winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins on 7/8/2025 and ends 7/30 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

10. ACCESS TO RULES

One (1) entry per person is permitted. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. All entries must be submitted through the official giveaway pop-up form on the website. Duplicate entries, entries submitted through other means, or entries from individuals under 18 will be disqualified.

Transparency in Advertising

All promotional materials related to this giveaway are truthful and not misleading. Material terms including eligibility, entry methods, odds of winning, and prize descriptions are clearly disclosed in all advertising.

Privacy and Legal Considerations

• Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor, which they may opt out of at any time.
• Social Media: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Participants release the platform from any liability related to this giveaway.
• Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize. If the prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner for tax reporting purposes.
