Shipping policy

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed before 12PM CST will be shipped out the same day.

We rely on UPS for our shipping needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the   package’s dimensions, weight, and the distance it must travel from our fulfillment center.

The estimated delivery time is between 2-4 days, typically averaging around 3 days, depending on the destination.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders, sent to the email address you provide during  checkout.

Any damages during shipping are covered using Shipping Protection, which you can select as an option in your cart when adding a product. Currently, adding Shipping Protection is the only way to safeguard your package.
